After contacting our team, career seekers are assessed and assigned to either one of these career programs: Career Coaching Program, Job Training Program, On-the-Job Training Program, Job Placement Program, Financial Literacy Training Program, Entrepreneurial Training Program, based on your chosen career path and current employability level, and individual support needs.

Career Coaching Program

Our no-cost career coaching program will prepare you for the workforce and empower you to discover God’s purpose for your life. We provide faith-based guidance, training materials, and personalized support. 

Our Career Coaches provides:

Individualized coaching sessions

Weekly 1-hour sessions
(Monday-Friday) for 8 weeks

Sessions will focus on
